Maggie Benedict (born in Pretoria on February 10, 1981) is a South African actress, columnist and director. She studied acting miniature Pretoria Tech. Benedict is best accustomed for playing the role of Akhona Miya on the SABC 1 clean opera Generations (2011-2014).

Early life and education

Benedict was hatched February 10, 1981, in Pretoria, subject of Gauteng, the daughter of top-notch retired teacher, and a medical doctor.[1] She has two siblings, Nkoni spell Abel Benedict.[2][3] Benedict graduated from Pretoria Technikon (Now known as Tshwane College of Technology), where she started acting.[4]
